- All labor, equipment, material and supervision necessary to remove and dispose of existing roofing materials, and replace approximately 12,600 square feet of corrugated steel roofing panels, 26 GA, slate gray painted finish, replace rotted purlins and add additonal purlins if needed to support valleys, ridge cap and roof jacks. Replace rotted or missing fascia, rain caps. Apply sealant to prevent rodent intrusion. Award will be made on best value based on quality (past performance, experience) and price, with quality and price being equal. NAICS:235610 Price range: $25,000-$100,000.00.
