- NA The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain services for rental and maintainenance of portable latrines at Fort Monroe, VA for the period of 01 Oct 02 through 30 Sep 03. This RFQ is a synopsis for services in accordance with FAR 5.207. The Standard Ind ustrial Classification (SIC) code is 7359 Portable Toilet Rental. This solicitation is 100 percent set aside for small business with 500 employees or less. Required Central Contractor Registration applies to this solicitation.
