- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format listed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA255003Q0007 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-07. (vi) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for National Industries for the Blind (NIB) or NISH, which has been designated to represent JWOD participating non-profit agencies serving people with severe disabilities other than blindness. In accordance with FAR Part 8.001(a)(2) ( I ). The North American Standard Industrial Classification Number is 812332 Industrial Launders and the Business Size Standard in numbers of dollars is $12,000,000. (v) See attachment for contract line items, serial numbers, quantities and priority status. (vi) Provide all labor, material, and transportation necessary to deliver and exchange towels weekly to the Fitness Center and add twice a week to the Child Development Center. See attachment for further description of statement of works. (vii) All deliveries shall be FOB Destination Schriever AFB per the specified priority delivery period noted on the attached schedule. (viii) Provision 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Evaluation will be based on cost and the ability to meet the requirements.
