- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 335129, Size Standard is 500 employees. PR no. F1146B22271000 (currently unfunded) is issued as a Request for Quote. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08 effective 29 July 2002. The Government intends to award the requirement for LIGHTING EQUIPMENT as follows: High End Systems Studio Beam (10 each), High End Systems X-Spot (6 each), Flying Pig Whole Hog 2 Console (1 each) High End Systems F-100 foggers (4 each), F-100 DMX remotes (4each), Cases Atmosphere fog fluid (4 each), Sections DBL hung pre-rigged truss (10 each), 6 Circuit lamp bars with edison (2 each), Genie ST-25 lifts (4 each), 5-way socapex bundles 100', 107.5', 115', 112.5', and 130 (2 each)' 100' 5 wire 2/0 feeder cable, (2 each), 10' 2/0 5 wire feeder jumper (1 each) L620 distro w/12-L620 and 3-20 amp duplex (1 each), Dual Studio Beam cases with wheels (5 each), Dual Techno beam cases with wheels (3 each), F-100 fogger case with accessories (4 each), 30 x 30 x 45 cable cases (2 each), Flying Pig Whole Hog 2 case (1 each), Proburger snap clamps for all lights (32 each), Fleenor Design 1 x 5 opto splitter (1 each); L6-20 connectors for fixtures (16 each), 1000' spool DMX cable (1 each), Single X-spot cases with wheels (6 each), 6' Spansets (12 each), 5/8 Shckles (12 each), 36" Safety cables (32 each), Each 3-pin male, 3-pin female, 5 pin male XLR connectors (12 each), Twist lock cable for moving lights (16 each); and cost per hour for programming training on whole Hog 2. Estimated shipping to Hanscom AFB 01731 and/or delivery charges, if any, training of staff to use and setup entire system, if any. The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds, FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, considering technical acceptability, past performance, and price. Offerors are required to submit at least three references for evaluation of past performance of same or similar services or items. FAR 52-212-3 and DFARS 252-212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items (all offerors shall include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal); FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, in paragraph (b) the following clauses apply; FAR 52.203-6, 52-219-8, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.232-33.
