Description: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is F5LGTM22210100 and is being issued as a request for quotation. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular 97-27. (iv) This procurement has been set-aside solely for Small Businesses under the NAICS code 422710 or 422720 both with a size standard of 100 or fewer employees (v) contract line items are numbered 0001 through 0017 (see attached RFQ) for a complete Bulk Oil Distribution System. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired- See attached Statement Of Work (SOW) (vii) Delivery and Installation will be at the 5th TRANS Building 425, Minot AFB 58705, North Dakota FOB destination. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items is applicable to this procurement. The evaluation procedure to be used for this procurement is price and price related factors. (x) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with offer. (see attachments) (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xii) Clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition: 52.222-19, 21,26,35,36,37,- 52.225-1,- 52.232-33. (xiii) Any additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices are included in the attached SOW.
