- Description
- The VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, Alvin C. York Campus, Murfreesboro, Tennessee anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract for 3M ETO Sterilizer and abator maintenance and repair and preventive maintenance inspections for the VA Medical Center Lexington, KY and VA Medical Center Louisville, KY. The contract award will include a base year period of 12 months and four optional renewal periods of one year, pending availability of funds. Period of performance will begin on October 1, 2002. Contractor will provide full service maintenance and repair of 3M ETO sterilizers and abator located at the VA Medical Center, Lexington, KY and VA Medical Center, Louisville, KY. Preventive Maintenance inspections are also required for both VA facilities. This RFQ is issued under the Commercial Test Program. The NAICS Code is 811219 and is non-restrictive. Quotes due no later than 1:00 pm local time on 9-25-02. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm on 8-23-02. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the same URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
