- This is a commercial service procurement prepared in accordance with the subparts in Federal Acquisition Part 12 and 13, Acquisition of Commercial Items. A written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation number 673-10-03 applies and is issued as a request for quotation. The NAICS Code is 561612 and the business size standard is $10.5 million.=20 The contractor will provide security guard services on VA leased property located at the University Square Mall, 2200 East Fowler Avenue, Tampa, FL Monday through Friday during the hours of 5:00 a.m. =96 8:30 p.m. for the period October 1, 2002 thru February 28, 2003 and has an option to extend for four one-year periods. Subject to availability of funds. The above bid open date should be considered =93on or about=94.
