- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Oklahoma City, OK intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement as authorized by FAR 6.302, with Metal Progetti for a work uniform distribution system, that include options for a retrieval gate for clean uniforms, depository for soiled garments, user ID, garment ID and an extraction device for unidentified garments. No solicitation documents exists. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for bids. Alternative sources will be considered only if responding with clear and convincing evidence that they propose an equal alternative product. Responses must be in writing and must be received in seven calendar days of this notice. Submit to Bonnie Rogers, Contracting Officer, Bonnie.Rogers@med.va.gov or FAX (405)290-1666. The determination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
