- Description
- The Office of Public Health and Science (OPHS), Office of Minority Health (OMH), through the Program Support Center, plans to award a firm-fixed price sole source purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures. The intended source is National Hispanic Medical Association, 1411 K Street, NW, Suite 200, Washington, DC 20005. The purpose is to plan, convene and conduct the first National Hispanic Leadership Health Summit. The two-day meeting will focus on developing a National consensus on Federal programs and policies that can be developed or enhanced to improve the quality of health care delivery for Hispanic American. The Contractor shall develop the culturally relevant content, develop the format for the conference as well as provide logistical support for the plenary and workshop speakers, arrange hotel logistics, and convene a planning committee. The Proposed Simplified Acquisition Action Is for Supplies and Services for Which the Government Intends to Solicit and Negotiate with Only One Source under Authority of Far 6.302. Interested Persons May Identify Their Interest and Capability to Respond to the Requirement or Submit Capability Statement Within 7 Days after the Date of Publication of the Notice. A Determination by the Government Not to Compete this Proposed Simplified Acquisitions Based upon Responses to this Notice Is Solely Within the Discretion of The Government. Information Received Will Normally Be Considered Solely for the Purpose of Determining Whether to Conduct a Competitive Procurement. No Solicitation Is Available.
