- Work consists of replacing pipe culverts ranging in size from 18 inches diameter to 96 inches diameter on the Angelina and Sabine Districts, Angelina, Jasper and Sabine Counties, Texas. Request for RFQ shall be in writing stating RFQ number FS-WOC-02-1047, complete name, point of contact, address, area code and telephone number, and facsimile number. Requests can be faxed to 936-639-8588. Price range of this project is betwwen $25,000 and $100,000. Any request that is sent other than by fax should be mailed to U.S. Forest Service, 701 N.
