- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), WESTHEM Computer Technology, and DISA CD046-Dayton intend to issue a sole source contract to UNICOM Systems, Inc., 15535 San Fernando Mission Blvd. # 310, Mission Hills, CA 91345. This acquisition is for a firm-fixed price contract to provide PROPRIETARY CICS Windows, Software Maintenance Renewal. Period of coverage for maintenance renewal is 1 October 2002 through 30 October 2003. UNICOM owns all proprietary rights to the software's source code and is the only responsible sole source for maintenance; no other source can maintain the software. Any party interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation shall provide written notice to the Contracting Office. Email request to oleary1j@scott.disa.mil. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations/proposals received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Quotations / Proposals. The resultant contract will be firm, fixed price. All responses from responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the award of the contract.
