Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), WESTHEM Computer Technology, and DISA CD046-Dayton intend to issue a sole source contract to Artemis Management Systems, 6260 Lookout Road, Boulder, CO 80301. This acquisition is for a firm-fixed price contract to provide PROPRIETARY ARTEMIS 9000 Software Maintenance for 20 copies to systems located at the Defense Enterprise Computing Centers (DECC) St. Louis. Period of Coverage for software license renewal and maintenance is 1 October 2002 through 30 October 2003. The software is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. Artemis Management Systems is the original software distributor and controls the copyright to software distribution for the ARTEMIS 9000 software. Any party interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation shall provide written notice to the Contracting Office. Email request to oleary1j@scott.disa.mil. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations/proposals received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Quotations / Proposals. The resultant contract will be firm, fixed price. All responses from responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the award of the contract.
