- Contractor to provide at Naval Opthalmic Support and Training Activity, located at Naval Weapons Station, Yorktown, Va services for repair parts and telephone support for 14 toric surfaces, 4 sgx generators, 2 lens coating machine mld lc3; 12 step 1 blocking systems; 7 lens washers; 6 iq lensmaker generators and 1 sle generator. Period of Performance will be 01 OCT 02 - 30 SEP 03. Complete RFQ N00189-02-T-1102 package available upon request in writing via fax 757-887-4484 or by e-mail to millerdd@nwsy.navy.mil. When requesting a copy of RFQ N00189-02-T-1102, contractor must state that neither the requestor nor principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise inelibible to receive contracts from any federal agency - Failure to do so will be grounds for refusing the request. This procurement will be accomplished through commercial item procedures.
