- Description
- Furnish labor, materials, supplies and parts and equipment to provide semi-annual inspections and certifications of the hoods listed below at the Amarillo VA Health Care System, 6010 Amarillo Blvd. West, Amarillo, Texas; the Lubbock Outpatient Clinic, 4902 34th Street, Suite 10, Lubbock, Texas; and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, 1400 Wallace Blvd., Amarillo, Texas. Contractor shall provide four filters per unit yearly for the Lubbock hoods only. Engineering Service will notify contractor when inspection is required to be accomplished. Upon completion of the inspection contractor must furnish two copies of the test results to Engineering Service. All work must be coordinated with Engineering Service prior to the beginning of any work.
