- Description
- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) , Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Office of Professional Development (OPD), Riverdale, MD, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Meridian Resources Associates for the planning, assessment and evaluation services for potential USDA APHIS foreign service employees. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Anticipated award date August 30, 2002.
