- ATTENTION FEDERAL CUSTOMERS/POTENTIAL VENDORS The General Services Administration, Federal Supply (FSS), GSA Hardware SuperStore (HSS) is evaluating the feasibility of increasing our service offerings to include Maintenance Repair Operations (MRO) services. The MRO services include Complete Facilities Maintenance (base operations) and any combination of MRO Services to include: painting, pest control, grounds maintenance, tree trimming, snow removal, elevator maintenance and inspection, locksmith services, trash removal, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pipefitting, telephone maintenance and janitorial services. The MRO effort is in the planning stages and to ensure your needs are met we invite you to join us for a one-day roundtable discussion, so that we can develop the list of services to be inclusive of types of requirements you deem necessary to support your facility maintenance needs. This is an excellent opportunity for you to weigh in with your recommendations. The HSS?s desire is to provide you a tool, which will allow you to obtain all of your facilities maintenance services quickly, efficiently, and easily using GSA Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) and GSA Advantage!? . Tentative timeframe for the roundtable discussion is during the month of November 2002. Location will be determined based on the location of the highest number of customers responding to this announcement. Meeting space will be limited, and seating will be reserved on a first come first served basis. As soon as a location and date are selected, we will promptly send you registration details.
