- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation in accordance with FAR part 12 for the following commercial services: Clin 1: 99,000 each Carabiner Key Holder w/light-silver/black with red beam of light. Aluminum Carabineer with gate-style latch and laser engraved with U.S.Customs required artwork to be provided. Clin 2: 2,500 each Robot Series Calculator-opens at a flick of a Switch, 8-digit display, full function, screen-printed shall include batteries. Artwork to be provided by U.S. Customs. Clin 3: 165 each Ring Binder-DuraHyde 3-ring binder with inerior Organizer, retractable handles, legal size writing pad, zippered closure. 1 color imprint 14 1/2" x 11" x 3 1/4". Artwork to be provided by U. S. Customs. Clin 4: 12,000 each playing cards-bridge size deck, 52 cards + 2 jokers. wt.260mil, .280mil, .310 mil, blue center cardboard with standard front and four (4) color process backs. Both sides plastic coated. Customs Box. 270GSM. Grey cardboard with four (4) color process overall imprint; cellophane wrapped. Artwork to be provided by U.S. Customs. Note: contractors are required to be registered at www.ccr.gov. The contractors, along with quote, are required to provide two samples. One to: Sharon Meltzer, U.S. Customs Service, 6026 Lakeside Blvd, Indianapolis, IN 46278 and One to: Sandra Baker, U. S. Customs Service, Staffing & Compensation Program, National Recruitment, 1300 Pennsylvania Ave, NW, RM. 2.3C, Washington, DC 20229. This action is set aside for small business, woman owned business. NAICS code: 541890 size standard. 6.0 ave annual receipts. FAR Part 12 provisions and Clauses are applicable to this requirement are those in effect as of Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. These include: 52-212.1 instructions to offerors, 52.212-2: evaluation-commercial items. Evaluations will be based upon quality of sample product, technical acceptability, past performance and price. 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial items with quote. 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. First Article Testing Approval will be required before contractor receiving award may begin production. Ref: 52.209-4. The first article approved will serve as the manufacturing standard for all remaining items. First article approval is required for each CLIN number stated above. This requirement has multiple ship to sites. However, the government is requesting FOB destination pricing. This action is the only soliciation that will be issued. No hard copy soliciation is available. Artwork and locations list are incorporated as attachments. All responsible, responsive, technically acceptable submissions will be considered. This action is utilizing simplified acquisition procedures under Part 13. Replys to this requirement will be considered in full or as part of a multiple award whichever is in the best interest of the Government.
