- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to award a sole-source contract with L3 Communications Corporation, Communication Systems West, 640 N 2200 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84116. This requirement is for spare parts for the Deployable Multi-channel Satellite (DMCS) systems previously procured from the manufacturer, L3 Communications West. These spare parts are to support these terminals and must be compatible with the L3 Communications West DMCS terminals to the extent that individual parts are interchangeable between existing DMCS terminals. A Firm-Fixed Price, Commercial Item Type Contract is anticipated. The NAICS Code is 334220 and the applicable size standard is 750 employees. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
