- Description
- This is a sole source, COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, and the test program outlined in FAR 13.5, as well as supplemental information provided herein. This non-competitive action will be processed in accordance with FAR 6.301-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). The National Park Service intends to issue this requirement as a firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures, which will be awarded to THINQ Learning Solutions, of Baltimore, MD. This procurement is for the installation, configuration, training, implementation, and project management of the THINQ LMS software purchased by the National Park Service in FY2002. This announcement constitutes the RFP and is the only solicitation that will be issued. This solicitation incorporates all of the applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 97-27, as if stated in full text, as well as the terms and conditions of FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and FAR 52.212-5.
