- NA Functional Academic Skills Training (FAST) instruction of military personnel at Fort Benning, GA in three basic skills divisions; reading, mathematics, and language. Requirement involves development of classroom procedures, conducting instruction, administ ering activities, and evaluation of student progress, to include testing and submission of reports. Contractor shall be an academic institution accredited by a national or regional accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and shall have as a minimum secondary school level accreditation. Instructors shall possess as a minimum, Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited college or university, state certification, and one year?s teaching experience. Test administrator shall possess as a mini mum, a Bachelor?s Degree, two year?s experience instructing examinees and administering tests, and test instruments in a civilian or military Program. Performance Period: On or about 1 Oct 2002 thru 30 September 2003. This is a fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract wherein services will be ordered by issuance of monthly delivery orders. Classes will be conducted via classroom sessions. IDIQ Contract will guarantee Contractor at least one fourth of Contract period payable for th e contract period. Classes will be conducted via classroom sessions. This requirement is subject to availability of funds. Solicitation packages will be available for downloading on or about 3 September 02. This solicitation is unrestricted. All respo nsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency
