NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes th e only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number DACW59-02-T-0053 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08, effective 29 Jul 2002 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Change Notice 20020730. Only the brand name and part numbers cited above are accepta ble, equal substitutions will not be considered for award. Complete delivery within 30 calendar days after award, FOB and Acceptance at Destination to the following location; LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT OFFICE, US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEER, 1000 LIBERTY AVE, PITTSB URGH PA 15222-4186.
