- NA Furnish cleanup services within parks/areas of Dardanelle Field Office, under the jurisdiction of the Russellville Project Office, Russellville, Arkansas, for the period 01 October 2002, or date of award, whichever is later, through 30 September 2003, wi th options to extend through 28 February 2007. Services consist of janitorial services in restrooms and group shelters and trash pickup and removal services in recreational areas. Numbered Note 1 applies. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561720 wit h a small business size standard of $14,000,000.00. Solicitation will be posted on the Little Rock Contracting Division website at https://ebs.swl.usace.army.mil on the issue date. Vendors are requested to register at the same website in order to receiv e notice of any changes. The solicitation will not be available in paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when determined to be in the Government?s best interest. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of offer will not be allowed. Solicitation will be available on or about September 5, 2002. Bids will be due on or about September 26, 2002.
