- Description
- Potential sources are being sought to provide Military Family Housing Maintenance at Eielson AFB, Alaska. This is not a solicitation. The information provided will be used for planning purposes only. The contractor shall be required to furnish all management, supervision, labor, material, and equipment necessary to provide services for 1,476 military family housing units in a manner that will ensure proper maintenance in accordance with commercial and industry standards, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and procedures. Military Family Housing (MFH) maintenance applies to all housing units (including all interior/exterior components and accessories), fences, garages, mechanical rooms/vaults, grounds, playgrounds and gutters. Work includes, but will not be limited to: change of occupancy maintenance cleaning, major maintenance, service calls, recurring maintenance, appliance installation and service, lead and asbestos abatement where necessary, lawn maintenance, playground maintenance. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561210 ($23 million). This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE only. No solicitation documents exist at this time.
