This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT, HOWEVER REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY 02 END OF YEAR SPEND PLAN. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30TH, 2002. ALL QUOTES NEED TO BE VALID UNTIL 30 SEPTEMBER 02. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request For Quotation, #F43TR121650100. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08 Notice: This acquisition is 100 % small business set aside for business concerns and is under NAICS code 421120, not to exceed 500 employees. Contractor shall provide 1 Four post 16,000 pound alignment rack lift. Open front, 3 Hp motor and comes with two rolling swing air jacks 8,000 lb. capacity. Lift has capability two handle crew cab long bed truck. Has two gusseted and louvered approach rams, rear stops, front wheel chocks, two clip on work steps with skid protection, full length jack rails, 80" rear slip plates, flush mounted with tethered lock pins, built in turn plates pockets and rub rails and air line kit. Lubricator /air filter with auto drain. Comes with front turn plates, setup and installation of lift to include connecting to electrical. Desired 1-year warranty parts and labor. Shipping and handling included in price or free. If you are quoting an Equal, you must provide the MFG, Part Number and other requirements prescribed in FAR 52.211-6. Submit signed and dated quotations on company letterhead or quotation form. Quotations may be faxed to (580) 481-5138. The government reserves the right to make award on the initial quote without discussions. Evaluation will be based on price and price related factors. Include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items (JULY 2002), with quote. An electronic version is available for download.
