- The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order, using simplified acquisition procedures, to Ms. Joan Benson to provide expert consulting advice and assistance in facilities management matters with EOUSA and the United States Attorneys Offices. Ms. Benson has extensive knowledge in the development and construction of Federal Court Houses - Facility space, design and layout - Operation and Fiscal management - Location and relocation practices, Fiscal management - Security establishment - Strategic planning and coordination of state and local governments, and all other functions and processes of this task. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals nor will a formal solicitation be issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes/proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
