- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency, Kansas City Administrative Office seeks professional services to develop and administer a leadership development program for a maximum of 25 Kansas City Administrative Office (KCAO) employees. The participants are typically well educated and are either in management or at mid-career service level. Career experiences of participants include areas of automation technologies, procurement and acquisition, information management, and human resources administration. The overall objective of this leadership development program is to help participants learn new skills and develop into effective leaders as KCAO prepares to address succession-planning initiatives. The contract is for the period beginning October 1, 2002 and ending September 30, 2003. Award will be based on best value to the Government. The solicitation will be issued on or about September 4, 2002. Proposals will be due by 4:00 PM CDT, September 11, 2002. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 611430, and the size standard is $6.0 million. This is 100% set-aside for small business (See Note 1).
