- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format listed in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F73S6322050100. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation will be a 100% small business set-aside. The requirement is for: 0001-Innovative Fluid Handling Systems, Fluid Handling Dispensing System, Model No. SYST1506HDK (Qty 1 Ea): 0002- Innovative Fluid Handling Systems, Portable Lube Cart, Model No. PCA-2448A (Qty 2 Ea): 0003- Graco Inc, Electronic Preset Meter/Valve Assembly, Model No PM5 (Qty 2 Ea): All items shipped FOB Destination to McConnell AFB, KS 67221. The NAICS code for this Acquisition is 333913 (Size 500) and the SIC code is 3586. FAR Provisions 52.212-1 Instructions To Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; and DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items shall apply to this solicitation.
