- Notice of Intent. The U.S. Customs Service intends to procure components and spare parts (fiberoptic bundles) to repair fiberscopes manufactured by Optim Inc. The requirement will be processed un the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one sesponsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The intended source is Optim Inc., 64 Technology Park Road, Sturbridge, MA 01566. This notice of intent is not a solicitation for competitive proposals. See numbered note 22.
