Description

The U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service intends to seek quotes from firms interested in providing Armored Car services for the USINS at any of twenty-six (26) separate locations in the INS Eastern Region. Multiple awards will be made, according to best value at each location. Period of performance will include a base period 10/01/2002 through 09/30/2003, plus four one-year option periods. The solicitation materials should be available for download the week of 7/22/2002, and quote packages will be due to the Contracting Office by mail not later than 5:00 pm 08/20/2002. The distribution of this solicitation will be accomplished primarily through the General Services Administration's (GSA) Federal Business Opportunity (FEDBIZOPPS) web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The FEDBIZOPPS site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through the GSA site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the GSA site to assure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
