- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential bidders for a firm fixed-price, non-personal healthcare service contract to provide direct physical therapy services, two (2) eight (8) hour days, Mondaya and Fridays at the Eagle Butte PHS, IHS Hospital, Eagle Butte, South Dakota 57625. The period of performance will be October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003. This is a Small Business Set-Aside contract. Requests for RFQ-02-098 shall be in writing, either by e-mail or telefax at 605/226-7669 and will be made available approximately 15 days after date of publication.
