Description

The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential bidders for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Healthcare service contract for ultrasound services at the Eagle Butte PHS, IHS Hospital, Eagle Butte, South Dakota 57625. The contractor shall do ultrasounds on every Thursday, from 7AM until 5PM, a one-hour time frame will be given to set up for the day's work, (from 7AM until 8AM). Also once a month an additional 1/2 day, no more than six (6) hours will be set up for ultrasounds. This will be from 7AM until 1PM on the following Friday, this also includes one (1) hour for set up from 7AM until 8AM. This contract will consist of one (1) base year plus two (2) option years. The period of performance will be October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003 for the base year. This is a Small Business Set-Aside Cnotract. Request for RFQ-02-096 shall be in writing, either by e-mail or telefax at 605/226-7669 and will be made available approximately 15 days after date of publication.
