- Road Maintenance on the Siskiyou and Umpqua National Forests; work includes road surface blading and shaping, aggregate spot surfacing, roller compaction, ditchline cleaning and reshaping, culvert cleaning, slough and slide removal, logging out, drainage structure repair and replacement, roadside brushing, and related forest road maintenance work; this is an Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award contract with Options for two additional work seasons through 2004; a separate award is anticipated for each national forest; this Request For Proposals requires completion of a Questionnaire related to equipment, staffing, production rates, and past performance history; evaluation criteria include technical capability and past performance history in addition to price; evaluation criteria also include utilization of local labor resources for the Umpqua National Forest program of work.
