- Provide new up to code service panels and wiring to all of the structures at Fort Scott Historic Site. Replace distribution panels; install service disconnects; repull, remove, and reinstall feeder lines to new panels; rebuild service pedestals; demo work of old switch gear; and incorporate the branch circuit into the distribution panels. Estimated cost range: $25,000-$100,000. NAICS Code: 235310. This is a "full and open competition" award which will be made in accordance with Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. No hard copies of the Request for Quotation will be mailed or issued. An award selection will be based on best value to the Government with price and other factors considered. No hard copies of the attachments will be mailed or issued. The Request for Quotation with attachments will be posted from the following website http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about September 11, 2002. A site visit will be conducted at Fort Scott National Historic Site, Fort Scott, Kansas on Tuesday, September 24, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. for all interested contractors.
