- The Defense Information Systems Agency, Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, Branch (AQSS31), Scott AFB, IL, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Ascent Solutions, 9009 Springboard Pike, Miamisburg, OH, for the acquisition of license renewal of PKZip/MVS, PkZip/VM, Plus Pack, and Intercom. The period of performance is 01 Oct 02 through 30 Sep 03. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source. Companies who can provide the above listed proprietary software maintenance must indicate their interest in writing by the response date stated in this advertisement. Estimated date of award is 6 SEP 02 . All responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source purchase order.
