Description

NA The U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) Contracting Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to issue a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Nellcor Puritan Bennett, 2200 Farraday Ave, Carlsbad, CA 92008. This purchase order is for Clinivision Manag ement System Software support services. These services are proprietary. The purchase order is for one base period 1 October 2002 through 30 September 2003 and one option year 1 October 2003 through 30 September 2004. The solicitation documents and incor porates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisiton Circular 90-46 and Far part 12 for commercial items. This is a sole-source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541511 . This notice of intent is not a request for quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Solicitation number is DADA10-02-T-0152. Anticipated closing date is 5 September 02. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based u pon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
