- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 2.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation except for the specification. GovWorks, Procurement Operations Branch, Dept of the Interior, is procuring for Redstone Technical Test Center, Redstone Arsenal, AL, the following components for shipment to Huntsville, AL, within 90 days after award: Portable Amorphous Silicon X-Ray Imaging System (1 each) to meet required specifications that must be obtained from the contract specialist listed above. The X-Ray Imaging System will be used to x-ray various Army hardware in remote locations utilizing a variety of x-ray sources where power may not be available. All shipping and handling costs must be included in the quoted firm-fixed-price. Commercial item FAR clauses 52.212-1, -3, -4, & -5 apply to this solicitation. You must complete Reps and Certs in 52.212-3 and return with your proposal. You may download this clause from www.arnet.gov. Submit your quote by e-mail or fax to the Contract Specialist, Linda Butler, at lindabutler@windyhillcontracting.com, or Fax @ 540-727-8046. Specify RFQ number and the Offeror's POC and telephone and facsimile numbers and e-mail address in the request. Payment of invoices against the contract will be through electronic funds transfer, and company DUNS and TIN numbers are required prior to award. All responsible and responsive offers will be considered. GovWorks is a Federal Franchise Fund Contracting Office under the authority of the Government Management Reform Act of 1994, and as such provides contracting support to all Federal agencies.
