- Description
- Veterans Integrated Service Network 3 (VISN 3) intend to negotiate one or several firm-fixed price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts to provide infusion therapy services, post acute care services, hospice services and skilled care services in the veteranshomes. These services are to be provided to VA beneficiaries of the 9 VA Medical Centers that form VISN 3. The nine facilities are located in Brooklyn, NY; Manhattan, NY; St. Albans, NY; Bronx, NY; Northport, NY;Montrose, NY; Castle Point, NY; East Orange, NJ & Lyons, NJ. This procurement is open to both small and large business participation. The applicable NAICS code is 621610. The contract period is from 10/1/02 through 9/30/03 with a government option to extend four additional one year periods. There will be a pre-proposal conference scheduled for July 2, 2002 from 9:30AM-2PM @ DVA Medical Center, 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, New York 10468 in room 1B07.
