- Description
- This is a synopsis of commercial items issued in accordance with FAR 5.203. The solicitation attached to this synopsis constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a hardcopy, paper, solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to procure the items shown on the attached solicitation FOB destination. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The one source is AMX Corporation and/or their authorized dealers. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Note: The solicitation contains a requirement that the successful offeror be able to provide warranty services within one hour of notice during normal business hours. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received by the time established for the receipt of proposals will be considered by the Government. If the offeror is proposing other manufacturers or part numbers than what is specified in the solicitation, the offeror shall identify the manufacturer and part number. The offeror shall also provide complete technical data. It is the offeror's responsibility to provide sufficient technical data to allow the Government to determine if the proposed substitution meets the Governments needs. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Offers may be mailed to: TELEVISION - AUDIO SUPPORT ACTIVITY, Sacramento Contracting, ATTN: Don Neal, 3230 Peacekeeper Way - Bldg 209 McClellan, CA 95652. Facsimile (not exceeding 15 pages) and email responses are acceptable. FAX to (916) 643-4032, ATTN: Don Neal. Hard copies of the faxed or email proposal must be received within 3 days of the fax or email. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this quotation, Contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS. To register, you may apply through the Internet at http://ccr.gov . You must include your Dun & Bradstreet (DUNS) number in order to apply. Offeror representations and certifications must also be provided if the offeror has not provided them to T-ASA within the last year. The representations and certifications are provided as an attachment to this solicitation.
