- THE SOLICITATION NUMBER IS CORRECTED TO READ N62467-02-B-2747. The work includes milling of existing airfield pavements; new bituminous paving, single bituminous surface treatment removal of pavement paint and rubber, new pavement markings, spall repairs, joint resealing and incidental related work. The contractor will have the option of constructing a Batch Plant on the Naval Air Facility for the purpose of this contract. The estimated cost range for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. NAICS Code is 234110. Period of performance is 195 calendar days. The solicitation package will be available as an Electronic Bid Solicitation (ESB) for viewing and downloading at http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. No paper copies will be available. Potential bidders and plan rooms must register on the Website. All inquiries regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via e-mail to the Contracting Officer, Mrs. Jean Tarlton at tarltonjc@efdsouth.navfac.navy.mil. Telephonic, faxed or mailed inquiries will not receive a response. It is mandated that all bidders be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) database at https://ccr.dlsa.dla.mil. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation is unrestricted. This solicitation was previously issued under IFB No. N62467-00-B-0256 in the CBD, and later changed to N62467-01-B-0256 under the Navy Web Site (ESOL). Award was not made for the previous solicitation. A Site Visit is scheduled for Tuesday, 20 August 2002, at 9:00 AM.
