- NA Western Regional Contracting Office intends to procure (2) two BDA Bi-directional amplifier, mfg by EMR for Madigan Army Medical Center. The Government intends to award a fixed price contract for two (2) each. The anticipated award date is 20 September 2 002. The RFQ DADA13-02-T-0076 will be available upon request to Mitch Munger via e-mail, at mitch.munger@nw.amedd.army.mil. On or about 3 September 2002. Vendors requesting a copy of this RFQ must provide Business Size, telephone number / facsimile number , e-mail address and a point of contact. This RFQ is being issued on a Small Business Set-Aside basis using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Per DFARS 252.204-7004, Central Contractor Registration is mandatory for all contractors in order to recei ve award of a contract or order. The NAIC Code is 334220 with a business size of 750 employees. ****
