- Description
- The US Army TACOM-ARDEC, Picatinny Arsenal intends to obtain on a sole source basis the services of Amoruso and Associates, 18 Crest Drive, Long Valley, NJ 07853 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, avoidance of duplication of cost and unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements. The requirement is for six (6) months of aerodynamic simulation development support. This effort is needed to support the development of a program specific aerodynamics model for Excalibur Program. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
