- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEM (S) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. IMPORTANT NOTICE: FAR 52-232-33 (Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer --Central Contractor Registration ?May 1999) and DFARS 252.204-7004 (Required Central Contractor Registration - Nov 2001) require registration in the CCR database. CONTRACTORS MAY REGISTER ON-LINE AT HTTP://WWW.CCR2000.COM/. IT'S MANDATORY TO OBTAIN A DUNS NUMBER PRIOR TO REGISTERING. CALL DUN & BRADSTREET (1-800-333-0505) TO OBTAIN. AWARD CANNOT BE MADE UNLESS REGISTERED. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. F08650-02-T-0263 is issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect thru Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08 and thru Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement DCN 20020730. This procurement is set aside for all responsible small businesses. The NAICS Code and business size standard is 339920 and number of employees 500. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). 45 CONS, Patrick AFB, FL, has a requirement for the following: Contract Line Item 0001: 32 Each Complete Rescue Dive Systems consisting of the following equipment: Description: # 7907 Zeagle System Inc., Ranger BC # 111-9000L Zeagle System Inc., Remote Exhaust Assembly # 21-086-000 Scubapro, Air II # SRB5700 Sherwood, Oasis Regulator # 5704 Genesis, Compact Console # 3110 Genesis, React Capsule Computer # GC-N Genesis Compass #2412 Genesis Brass Pressure Gauge UNIT PRICE PER SYSTEM: $_________ TOTAL PRICE: $____________ Place of delivery: 920TH Rescue Group, Bldg 698, Patrick AFB, FL. Please provide date of earliest delivery ____________ and FOB:________: The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items Alt I and III (Oct 2000) is hereby included by reference. FAR provision 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (May 2002) shall be completed and submitted with the proposal. FAR clauses 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items (Feb 2002).
