- Description
- This acquisition is for engineering support for the ALQ-161 system. The solicitation will be issued sole source to: Cage Code 00752, Authority: 10 USC 2304 c (1), Justification: Supplies or services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. The acquisition will cover a 10 year contract to include a basic 3 year contract period, two annual option periods (3 years each) and a third annual option period of one year. See Note (s) 22, 26.
