- Firm-Fixed Price Contract (FFP) for dorm furniture to be delivered to Beale AFB, CA. The recommended furniture is manufactured by Thurston. Only bids for items that are equal to the specifications and provide the same or equal capability will be accepted. This solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns and is under NAICS 421210 with a size standard of 100 employees. In addition, this solicitation will use competitive Request for Quotation procedures and will only be available by downloading from the EPS web site. Quotes are due no later than 2:00 pm (1400) 12 Sep 2002. Contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity.
