- Description
- This is a notice of intent to award on a sole-source basis for the commercial items in accordance with FAR Part 12 procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS) intends to contract with Office Factory Furniture, 1330 Sycamore View Memphis, TN 38134, for Quick-Space brand, and Carolina-Space brand systems furniture which is trademarked and solely manufactured by Office Factory Furniture to augment and attach to existing systems furniture already installed at US INS Memphis Sub office. This contract is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Office Factory Furniture under the authority 41 U.S.S. 253 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This notice is being solicited on a sole-source basis.
