- The purpose of this modification is to provide the Questions and Answers in response to the solicitation: 1. Q - Will the contractor develop a case study for each program that participates in a site visit? A - No. 2. Q - How much time is usually required for OMB clearance? A - This could take up to six months. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The proposal due date remains no later than September 5, 2002.
