- Description
- This project involves streambank restoration work along 800 feet of stream in Myerstown Borough Park. Work includes excavation and installation of rock riprap, rock boulders, placing fill, installing geotextiles, installing biotextile, coir logs, and final seeding and grading. MOST OF THE MATERIALS WILL BE PURCHASED BY OTHERS AND DELIVERED TO THE SITE. The Contracting Officer's Tech. Representative (COTR) for the project is Pete Vanderstappen. All technical questions should be directed to Mr. Vanderstappen at 717-274-2597, Ext. 121. Any adminstrative items may be directed to Lenora Jordan at 717-237-2224. A site showing for the project will be held on September 12, 2002, at 11:00 a.m. Prospective quoters may assemble at the Myerstown Community Park located just off Route 501 in Myerstown Borough, Lebanon County, PA. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The required performance time is 25 calendar days. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) package will be available for downloading within 2 days. Please note, the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notification will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the FedBizOpps site for all information relevant to desired acquisition.
