- Description
- Electricity and ancillary services, for ultimate delivery to Department of Defense, Department of Energy and Veterans Administration installations in PJM ? 1,969,284 MWh. No award will be made to an offeror who at the time of award is not on the state approved list of retail electricity providers in the state in which award is to be made. Delivery periods vary from 12-months to a maximum of 29-months (depending on the line-item). Individual line item quantities will be as estimated in the schedule contained in the solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is available. This announcement and the document, which can be accessed at the URL identified below, constitute the only solicitation. The solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) and has incorporated provisions and clauses as in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. Additional requirements may be added by amendment. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The RFP is available through the DESC-A electricity web site, http://www.desc.dla.mil/DCM/DCMSolic.asp?SolicID=387.
