- SEE ATTACHED Statement Of Work (SOW)for description of items to be procurred. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is F2LGFM22260100 and is being issued as a request for quotation. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular 97-27. (iv) This procurement has been set-aside solely for Small Businesses under the NAICS code 332321 or 337127 both with a size standard of 500 or fewer employees (v) contract line item is number 0001 Power-operated Vertical Storage/Retrieval Unit to include purchase and installation of 2 units. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired- See attached Statement Of Work (SOW) (vii) Delivery and Installation will be at the Rivet MILE Facility, Building 763, Dock 10, Minot AFB, North Dakota FOB destination. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items is applicable to this procurement. The evaluation procedure to be used for this procurement is price. (x) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with offer. (see attachments) (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xii) Clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition: 52.222-19, 21,26,35,36,37,- 52.225-1,- 52.232-33. (xiii) Any additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices are included in the attached SOW.
