Description

Amendment 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to change Paragraph b of the Statement of Work to read: The Contractor shall maintain the minimum balance (M/) of each part listed at Exhibits A through E. The total quantity required is defined in Section H. The parts shall be shipped to and stored at the warehouse located in Lexington, KY. If an AOG (aircraft on ground) situation ocdurs, the Contractor may be directed to ship additional quantities and to another location on a case by case basis. Revised Exhibits to reflect correct manufacturer's list prices (Exhibit A) and demand history (if any)(Exhibits B-E) are incorporated. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
